How to Order a Print
Prints made and shipped by Saal Digital
Every LensGaze print is produced and delivered by Saal Digital, a German photo lab working since 1981. You order directly in the LensGaze print shop run by Saal Digital (Saal Photo Portal), linked from each collection, and Saal Digital is the seller: it takes the payment, prints the work and sends the invoice with your shipping confirmation.
Before you start, have the photo title, the size you want and your delivery address ready.
How to order, step by step
- Choose a collection. Go to Portfolio and click Prints · order via Saal-Digital under the collection you like.
- The LensGaze print shop opens on photo-portal.shop. No account is needed: browse the collection and click the photo you like. Prices are shown in Polish złoty (PLN); your card or PayPal converts them automatically.
- Pick the photo and the product. Select the image, then the material (see the next section), the size and any options such as hanging system or finish.
- Check the preview. Look at the crop before you continue. These are minimal compositions, so make sure no edge of the frame cuts into the subject. Choose a format whose proportions match the photo.
- Add to cart. You can add several photos and sizes to one order.
- Check out. Enter the delivery address, choose shipping and a payment method, and confirm.
- Wait for two emails. First the order confirmation, then the shipping confirmation with tracking and your invoice.
Not sure about size or material? Write to contact@lensgaze.eu with the photo title, the size you have in mind and your country. I usually reply within 24–48 hours.
Choosing material and size
For most LensGaze images, a matte finish or aluminium suits black-and-white architecture, and acrylic glass suits colour seascapes and horizons. The shop shows only the materials available for each image.

Formats come in 3:2 or 4:3 proportions, from about 30×45 cm. The maximum size depends on the photo, usually up to 90 cm on the longer side.
Size. A simple rule: the print should cover about two-thirds of the width of the furniture or wall section beneath it. Measure that width before ordering, and stick a sheet of paper of the chosen size to the wall to check it in place.
Payment, delivery and invoice
Prints ship to EU countries, usually within about a week; the shipping cost is added at checkout.

Complaints about a damaged or faulty print are handled by Saal Digital, which offers a satisfaction guarantee on its products.
- Photograph the parcel and the print as soon as you unpack it.
- Contact Saal Digital support with your order number and the photos.

Can I see a print before buying? Selected works hang at Blue Dog Café in Gliwice.
Can I order a size that is not listed? Write to me with the photo title and the size; I will check what Saal Digital can produce.
Who sees my payment details? Only Saal Digital and its payment provider. LensGaze never receives your card data.
